Terrible, very misleading and harrass me with calls and emails after I did my last tax return. Would not recommend. They also weren't transparent with costs.

A lady called Heather was the kindest most helpful person I ever met in all my years. I mean the lady had patience of a Saint as I have the i.Q of a frog when it comes to technology but step by step Heather talked me threw till I got a very surprising tax refund which I was completely unaware and oblivious to only for the lady's help . If I could light up more stars than only 5 star rating I most certainly would. Flawless experience ✨️
